If you want to pass walkers and slower cyclists, you can always yell "on your left/right" to get them out of the way. But that's kind of like asking your grandmother to pass the damn mashed potatoes at Thanksgiving dinner -- effective but not terribly civilized.

We now carry Crane Bells, handmade in Osaka, Japan. They are available with both brass or aluminum ringers and several different striker styles.

Kevin has been using the brass version with the big hammer striker for the past few weeks. It has been very effective in getting people to move over when passing, and they all seem to smile. Its always fun to watch the roller skiers head into the grass.
